Pamela A. Alva Porroa, CRNP, Joins Phoenixville Free Clinic as Associate Medical Director

Phoenixville Free Clinic is thrilled to announce that Pamela A. Alva Porroa, CRNP, (she/her) will be joining our team as Associate Medical Director, effective May 5, 2025. Pamela brings extensive clinical and leadership experience in both family and pediatric care, along with a passion for providing high-quality, culturally sensitive healthcare to underserved communities. Fluent in Spanish and English, Pamela has long focused on meeting the needs of diverse patient populations—making her a perfect fit for our mission.

She will be stepping into the Associate Medical Director role previously held by Jacki Tully, CRNP, who now serves as Phoenixville Free Clinic’s Medical Director. “Pamela’s passion for the mission and public service truly stand out,” said Jacki Tully. “We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team and know she’ll make a meaningful impact on our patients and our mission.”
Pamela earned a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University. Her career includes roles as Interim Co-Assistant Medical Director and Family Nurse Practitioner at Delaware Valley Community Health, where she led teams, improved patient care operations, and mentored new providers. She has also served as a registered nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, a bilingual coordinating nurse with International SOS – TRICARE, and has led medical outreach efforts for underserved communities in the Dominican Republic through The Village Mountain Mission.
