Services

At Phoenixville Free Clinic, we provide comprehensive primary medical services to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, medications, laboratory tests and follow-up care. In addition, we offer specialty care services from volunteer physicians. So that we can give each patient the time they need, we ask that you make an appointment in advance. If you are in the midst of a medical emergency, you should call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.

As a primary health care provider, Phoenixville Free Clinic sees patients from all walks of life. Some have been downsized from their jobs and no longer have insurance, some are small business owners, students or immigrants without access to affordable insurance. Frequently, our patients earn too much to qualify for Medicaid and are too young for Medicare. They are old and young, male and female. When it comes to health care, many have to place it as a low priority since their budgets don’t allow for it. If not for Phoenixville Free Clinic, many people would go without care, or seek treatment in the emergency room without the ability to pay for these more expensive services.

We believe that every person deserves access to quality care, regardless of their ability to pay. It is only through the dedication of our volunteers, along with financial support from generous individuals, foundations, corporations and community organizations, that we can continue to make this possible.
