Information on John James Audubon Center:

The mission of the John James Audubon Center is to educate and inspire people to cherish and protect the natural world, by preserving Audubon’s artistic, scientific, and historic legacy and celebrating the conservation movement he inspired while serving the mission of the National Audubon Society (NAS), “to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity.”

Visit From an Owl:  We will have a special visit from an owl for the first hour of the event.

Historic Stone Farmhouse:   The Historic House will be open at the beginning of the event for guided tours. The farmhouse is the first American home of famed artist and naturalist John James Audubon.

John James Audubon Museum:   The museum will be open the second half of the evening.  Explore the all new John James Audubon Center Museum with a bird and nature gallery.
